Teaching for PLS
PLS is always searching for extraordinary online facilitators to join our instructor cadre. We have developed a cadre of instructors who are certified to teach one or more of the PLS online graduate courses. Our instructors are known for their expertise, and they are recognized as one of the driving forces behind the success of our courses. Approximately 90 percent of our instructors are full-time classroom teachers. PLS instructors are offered to our accredited partner colleges and universities for approval as adjunct faculty. Requirements for online facilitators
- Earned Master's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
- Recognition by peers and administrators as an exceptional teacher.
- A willingness to instruct 2 to 5 courses per year.
- Computer literate, internet savvy, and year-long access to email.
