The purpose and intent of this program is to prepare educators to discover ways to improve the academic achievement of students and develop professional school leadership. All courses emphasize the integration of theory, research-based best practices, and meaningful applications. Eighteen hours of PLS-designed online courses are a part of this degree. This 36 hour non-thesis program requires a final capstone project and can be completed in less than two years.
